I-To promote the interests and to defend the rights of world youth

and this in all plans.

 

The first word of importance of this sentence is the word to promote,

which implies to rise with a dignity or a higher rank like supporting the development

or putting in action this promotion.

 

We the founder members of the association believe that it is indeed of the highest importance to promote

the interests of world youth. After all, one says that the future belongs to them. It is extremely said high and everywhere that it is their heritage. This is why the word interests is so important in this sentence. It is what imports, which is advantageous and useful for youth. A playwright, Pierre Aubertin Charon de Beaumarchais, French author said one day¸¨ By occupying people of their own interest, one ents them from harming the interest of others¨.

 

We use the word to defend in its noblest meaning that is to say to protect. Because if they do not defend their rights, who will do it in their place? A good government should ensure the guarantee of the interests. But there is not even one in all the government of this planet which really takes care of the grain. Indeed the governments of all the countries, and of all times, ones after the others, repeat old promises not held by their predecessors and follow one another just to be elected. Then the citizens of these prevstates blindly entrusts their future to them while not suspecting the vastness of cheatings and the pecuniary schemes under covered that these same elected officials will maintain with regard to their favourite financial upholders, who are of course neither you, nor me, simple voters.

 

And than the waltz, the waltz at three times goes, the waltz at four times, hundred years and in time finally everyone keeps the rhythm. It is time to change the rhythm in respect, love and harmony.

 

Several peace agreements were signed before the advent of the First World War and to make sure that such abominations do not reproduce, it was created in Europe in 1919.

 

 

The Society of Nations has tried a first stammering to ensure the collective security and the maintenance of peace in the world which will last a few years nevertheless.

 

The rights of world youth are with the great minimum such as those enumerated in the universal Declaration of the humans right adopted to UNO following the unnameable acts of cruelties of the war on 1939-1945 on December 10, 1948 by the 58 Member States which then constituted the General meeting in Paris with the Palais de Chaillot and as indicates it its preamble "the recognition of inherent dignity in all the members of the human family and their equal and inalienable rights constitutes the base of freedom, justice and peace in the world". It is clear that this declaration does not make distinction between child, girl, boy, man or woman and nowhere one made mention of age in there.

Particularly the first article; "All the human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and must act the ones towards the others in a spirit of fraternity"

 

But as we all know, in the stone age, without men without really not being able to communicate properly, they were fighting among themselves already on the head with their bludgeons while howling of terror to the least skirmish of growls It was the time of the control of fire by the man 600,000 years before Jesus-Christ and surely, they were fights before, but nothing remains to testify about it.

 

Then, here comes the last segment of our sentence “all the plans.”

 

It seems to us that despite all desirable efforts in order to establish a hypothetical peace, those efforts are stopped by the obvious uninterested mind of the leading “éminence grise”, or as an old friend of mine, enjoyed to say the "rocking chair admirals" of all the states of this world. Thus defend and promote the youths aspirations in the fields of peace, justice, fraternity, equity, health, education, finance, the environment, the life then especially and finally survival.

II- To gather world youth to affirm its moral and/or financial support with regard to UNITED NATIONS ORGANISATION.

 

Since this authority without much real capacity is the last in list to try to maintain peace, it will be necessary to be satisfied with it for the moment. But as I said some 600,000 years and more before JC, the men fought and already were inventing increasingly fatal weapons. Then 200,000 times later, still not having understood that the war kills everything, about year 3000 before JC the men fought with lances and stones, the damage could not, however and fortunately, if one can say, to threaten planet yet.

 

Then all the big warriors followed, whom I do not want to name, to minimize the possible attempts of justifications, coming from all the nations, with their weapons increasingly sophisticated until the advent of Jesus Christ who was, wanting to try to reconcile the world quite simply crucified and put to death.

 

All the great religions, all the well known warriors, who whether they would be kings, emperors, pharaohs, conquerors, purifiers of races, rough and other similar of the same quality or worse, followed one another in the name of God and of the motherland. Being busy, tearing apart humanity to appease their needs for blood, power and richness, they finally lead us into the war that the historians and those which survived it called, the first Great War, as if a war could be "Great", the First World War.

 

After millions of deaths, amputees, widows, widowers and orphans, historic buildings demolished, tons of ruins, remains, pollution and richness’s wasted, men had still not understood, they went to war again , but this time everyone tasted  this pernicious poison of 1914 to 1918. The Society of the Nations was founded. Introduced by the treaty of Versailles and curiously the principal promoter of the SDN was the president of the United States of the time Woodrow Wilson. A handful of countries, 45 in all,  to ensure not to start such atrocities again. Thereafter the number of members went to 57.

 

 

 

 

 

But as a fact, the armament had become enough frightening, rifles, machine-guns, tanks, bombs, chemicals, acid and other similar products. Man would not make war any more like an “amateur”. Man were equipped properly if we can say. Meanwhile, not to lose skills, countries of almost everywhere in this world, got involved into making war very well.

 

 

All these wars are known and indexed, but I give you the listing, just so that  you do not lose track and to make sure that you do not forget it. If I forgot some, please inform me in order to add them, of course I will not talk about the wars of Indians, the wars of the far west, the wars of gangs, gangsters and bikers, wars of price, secret wars of oil, holy wars (seek the error!!).

 

 

Neither will I talk about the wars of words, the wars of nerves, the wars invented in literature, comic strips, in the small screen and cinema, of the wars of families and I was going to forget it the cold wars and the Star Wars.

 

Some countries made war so much they were obliged to change their names, but it is in fact the same countries.

So, here is the impressive list of the practices of wars which threaten to, once again, bring us a little closer towards what thinkers of this world consider and name, the 3rd Great war.

There would be 198 countries in the world currently and supposed 191 already member of UN. Strange, isn’t it, that there are so many conflicts, still at this very moment?

 

The purpose of the UN organization was to prevent wars so that a war such as the First and the Second World War would never reproduce again, keeping in mind that  they occurred in "the space of a lifetime" like known as the charter of the United Nations. However now it scattered in all kinds of fields which are more or less distant from its mandate and its original mission. It is undoubtedly one of the reasons which make that the maintenance of peace is less quite today assured. The International Youth Association will propose avenues of changes.

Under the terms of its charter, UNO thus endeavours to be a place where a better future for all is built, and that through 3 objectives: ? To maintain peace and international safety? To develop the friendly relations between the nations? To carry out the international co-operation on all the subjects where it can be useful UNO is not a world government and does not legislate. However, its resolutions give a legitimacy to the interventions of the States and are applied more and more in the national law and international. Let us support those who support us!

III- To gather international youth to put an end to the famine in  the "Third World, (2/3)" (silently 40,000 children/day).

 

For 21 years, I have supported personally and the association also, that the planet produces by itself even sufficient food to nourish all the inhabitants of the Earth. It is something which the international community recognizes officially nowadays, but in spite of this state of fact, the 2/3 of the inhabitants of the planet die literally of hunger.

 

When I met the Secretary General of the United Nations Mr Javier de Perez de Cuellar at the head office of UN, street of Peace in Geneva there is nearly 20 years, in company of my daughter, we had discussed amongst other things the subject of the famine in the world and he had assured me that indeed in this time, more than 40,000 children would die in the greatest silence every day.

 

Today in 2006;

3 billion people lives with less than 2 dollars per day.

120 million with less than 1 dollar per day

1 billion people do not have sufficient food.

1 and half billion of people do not have access to drinking water.

150 million children of less than 5 years suffer from malnutrition.

11 million children per annum die of hunger.

3 children die of hunger at each second which passes.

 

The children are the first victims of poverty and the famine.

 

One European journalist of whom I forgot the name said "There are no big secrets: for that, no need for new technologies. It is simply enough to be politically committed calling into question the existing policies which make that the rich person grow rich and that the poor impoverish themselves "

 

There are ways to eliminate the famine, but nobody dares to tackle with the large money  making machines even if these multinational rich entities benefit at the maximum from the cheap labour which enriches them.

IV- To gather world youth to start a process of elimination of racism in the world.

 

History never ends testifying about the presence of racism.

It is especially maintained by a certain number of adults who live unceasingly in the past, do not manage to find in their soul and their heart sufficient human resources to forgive the past errors and thus generates racist thoughts in the spirit of their children by repeating them their heinous propaganda and matter.

Racism is as old as the world and some try to eliminate it by all the possible means since the night of times without too many success. The communications helping, today it is finally realizable

 

In 1794 a French convention abolishes slavery, but it will be restored by Napoleon in 1802.

 

In 1804 Denmark prohibits the trade of the blacks.

 

In 1807 England prohibits the trade of the blacks.

 

In 1833 one abolishes slavery in the colonies of the United Kingdom.

 

In 1848 one abolishes slavery in the colonies of France.

 

In 1862 Lincoln the emancipation of the slaves of the south proclaims.

 

In 1865 Finally it is the abolition of slavery in the United States.

 

In 1978 the first world conference of the fight against racism and the discrimination held in Geneva.

 

In 1983 the second world conference of the fight against racism and discrimination was also held in Geneva.

 

In 1993 the world conference on the human’s right who was held in Vienna in Austria, required the fast and integral elimination of all the forms of racism and racial discrimination as well as xenophobia and intolerance which results from this.

In 2003 beginning of the third Decade of the fight against racism and racial discrimination with the Head office of UNESCO in Paris.

 

In fact pious wishes can be carried out only in the constant action of youth, because this one is, more than its elder and more than ever, respectful of the existence of the others. It wants to take part healthily in the evolution of the world, it does not agree anymore to live under the oxygen tent, it refuses the strait jacket obstinately, it rejects the artificial lung, it will not carry the mask and will not be the emissary!

 

Today extremely fortunately, the majority of the young people of the planet consider themselves as brothers and sisters and inhabitants of the Earth and far from many are those which consider the colors, the cultures, the religions, the beliefs, the languages, the origins as being elements being able to carry out to any kind of segregation.

 

Humanity via its formidable youth progresses and becomes more intelligent, more tolerant and better informed. Youth is not racist and it is eager to act in this field and that, with all its forces, without slackening while being conscious of the changes necessary to the realization of this realistic and absolutely essential challenge for the changes that this same youth aspires to achieve.

 

Only a burning and constant desire could be the element release of this extraordinary achievement which is for soon, I have inward conviction of it. Without these first steps nothing other will be possible. Because the majority of the problems of this world, are very much connected to this unhappy phenomenon.

 

 

Racism it is like a disease, it can be cured!

V- To gather world youth to put an end to the bloody and almost inhuman wars, to stop the nuclear armament and to activate the process of disarmament... in prudence.

 

Since always it is the war, since always one manufactures weapons and especially, one sells some. Since always the world dreams of better days without war, but there is almost no group influential, sufficiently credible, which can emerge from some part of the world to call some in front of the international community because almost all the countries of the world behaved as colonizers or attackers or conquerors and it would be always bunches of them to demolish the aspirations of people of good will. “Yes but this one this this, that one did that” and so on.. A project of disarmament to humane vision with a world action plan, emerging from Canada could be well received everywhere in the world.

 

Recently on the other hand, we arrived at the nuclear power and, for this day, the word armament has taken a new horrifying dimension, alarming and unacceptable. Only the human beings that we could describe as disturbed, not to insult whoever, are still able to consider the possible use of it.

 

Indeed, as everyone knows, the nuclear weapon is fully able to destroy completely the planet with only one blow and all its inhabitants with it at the same time. Few people, on the other hand are really fully conscious about this. Everyone knows it, but nobody wants to really think that this could happen, in their yard, one day and especially, that the day in question could more quickly than one thinks.

 

Not much need of explanations to be given on top of this, it is a reality which nobody will dispute.

 

The Magasine " L’Actualité " of April 15, 2006, shows us an extremely interesting table on the nuclear capacity I reproduce the contents without the images of it. The table is titled a WORLD UNDER INFLUENCE

(Recognized by the Treaty on the non-proliferation of the nuclear weapons, signed in July 1968).

 

Russia - 8200 active nuclear warheads (approximately 10,000 holds some or on standby assembly).

 

The United States - 7650 active heads (approximately 3000 holds some or on standby assembly).

 

China - 400 active heads.

 

France - There does not exist any given public data; from 250 to 300 nuclear warheads according to the French daily newspaper Release.

 

Great Britain - 200 holds some or on standby assembly)

Then as you can note it is not a small matter.

 

The urgency exists and it is recognized. On the other hand, the risk connected to disarmament and dismantling is important and will have to be carried out with great precaution. Everyone seems to have forgotten the nuclear catastrophe of Chernobyl 20 years ago already and yes, it is its 20th birthday this next April 26.

 

April 26, 1986 at 1h24; the engine No 4 of the nuclear thermal power station Lénine of Chernobyl explodes. The explosion was 90 times stronger than the bomb of Hiroshima and it released 7000 times more radioactive particles in the atmosphere than that the one launched on Japan in 1945.

Then, only from the point of view of the budget necessary for maintenance and the preventive maintenance that these power stations require one can feel thrown into a panic. Because let us not forget that several of the countries mentioned above, are not necessarily in the very best of finances. Then these installations are at risk, in the short or mid terms, only by their existence.

 

And what else is needed to say above what is already known

It was already very much stated, by all kinds of authorities, the transportation of the nuclear matters... bombs on 18 wheelers,

or on the sea.

 

What else to say about the nuclear waste. The largest nuclear waste garbage can is located in Russia with nearly a million ton of nuclear waste!!!

 

In September 2000 here in Quebec, in Bagotville the citizens had expressed their fears to see nuclear waste coming from the old USSR via their military airport. Brian Moore, spokesman of Natural resources Canada had affirmed this "In fact things arrive. I spent three years working on the file of the nuclear power and that always raises passions. The MOX (Mixed Oxide Fuel) will pass by the area if federal government decides it, whether it is accepted by the population or not. "But if people leave home anxious, I cannot do anything about it."

That indeed shows how much the leaders are concerned about real population desires, besides; it is the same thing everywhere.

 

As long as it is a money maker for "the Establishment" who of course protects their own interests at the usual detriment of anything else or anyone else. As long as it does not hit them personally, or their close relatives. Think, even if that can involve serious illnesses or at the worse death of people around them. What counts more is money. As if it was new!

The trade of the weapons in the world represents hundreds of billion dollars each year, only the aspect of purchase, but there is also the industrial aspect which represents almost as much money. The companies which manufacture them make money, those which act as intermediate between the two make also money and the cheap labour also earns money, even if working mass and the personnel of support of these companies gain only the minimum wage and less sometimes, they are still incomes generated by the trade of the weapons which are added with the others.

 

One can really do something to stop this infernal machine.

VI- To gather world youth to safeguard their environment

 

We are preparing our own extinction, in silence the vegetation, animal, marine species and those which I forget disappear one after the other. An imposing number of each species already disappeared and a growing number of those which remain are in the process of disappearance. One poisons oneself a little more each day with a quantity of products which are manufactured only to make money, it does not matter if their manufacturing and their distribution are the cause of serious illnesses or premature deaths

 

Often the manufacturers know it very well, but they cannot live any more without the profits that this generates to them. And they are mainly thinking that, in any event, they will have died a long time before the damage is well recognized.

 

In Europe a study published recently indicated that the environmental pollution was the cause of the death of one child out of three... ouf.

 

UNESCO via the Program of the United Nations for the environment declares in his last world report that;

since 1900, 50% of the wetlands of the world disappeared.

 

More than 80% of the wetlands located near the Danube were destroyed since the beginning of the 20th century.

 

The stoppings and channels built at the end of 1980 devastated the marshes Mesopotamians river basins of the Tiger and Euphra

 

Waste

 

The quantity of waste that the whole world trashes in nature is immensely large. Problems of safety on the level of waste bio-organics in the countries where poverty reign is a major problem which is often put aside and quite simply ignored.

 

Waste coming out of tests and experiments from the world of aerospace that navigates around the planet in the atmosphere under all kinds of forms (some of size so large that they could dig craters if they fell down us above a day by chance), are a real danger. A cosmic garbage can....

 

Think also about the industrial waste poured in water.

The storage and the transport of nuclear waste should raise the world, but each one in its small comfortable corner thinks that it is only elsewhere that a catastrophe could occur.

The nuclear waste will be LASTING RADIOTOXIC FOR MILLENAIRES

 

The biosecurity

The cloning of animals, the production of large strawberries the size of kiwis, blackberries larger than nuts, insipid tomatoes, fruits so far away from their natural environment and usual production ways, finally end up tasting the same thing    NOTHING. The introduction of the GMO (genetically modified Organizations), the pesticides and other products used so that the fruit and vegetables are sold all year long or that they are more attractive, or larger and so on, represent dangers to health on long term. The animals having been inflated in all the possible ways by the stockbreeders in searches of larger profits, are a real threat already causing irrevocable effects on health of the people.

 

We only have to think about the antibiotics which were injected so much with the livestock intended for consumption, especially in the bovine races, that their consumption by the humans is considered today by the international scientific community as being one of the principal causes of the tolerance to antibiotics. According to the World Health Organization, certain currently available antibiotics could not be effective anymore 10 to 20 years away from now.

The climatic changes

 

The greenhouse gases that are mainly responsible for the global warming and consequently for the terrestrial ice masses thaw, will have serious consequences for the humanity and the world environment. All the forms of pollution air and other phenomena generated by the human activity which contributes to the reheating of planet are not studied seriously enough for lack of funds and time. All and each one being too occupied facing all kinds of other problems. And the sudden start of unchained nature wild activities that wee saw lately are only the alarm sign; the worst is yet to come. While one spends billions of dollars in armament to make wars, and others work more and more just to meet their daily obligations, natural catastrophes are in gestation.

 

The Air

 

Each year more than 13 million hectares of forest disappear. The lungs of the world have cancer. SO2 and particulate emissions, just like transport for the Nox emissions, of COV and CO, the combustion of fossil fuels used by industry, combustion resulting from the activities of the sectors commercial, agricultural, residential and institutional, the activities of the power stations, the combustion of the fuels used by the motor vehicles, the trucks, the trains, the boats and the planes, just as by the off road vehicles and engines, the use of solvents, the surface coating, the transfer of petroleum products, such as the gasoline and the diesel, at the time of the operations of filling are all factors which poison our air a little more each days.

 

 

Water

 

We have found halo acetic acids (AHA) in the lakes, the ground water, the drinking water, the ice of the glacial era, precipitations, the air and the ground With strong concentrations, these acids are toxic for the plants, and we suspects that they are carcinogenic

 

 

1% of fresh waters available are underground.

The ¾ of the world population depend on water captive of the fossil ground water.

Organic waste coming from worn water and the factories of pastes and papers, as well as the chemicals used by various industries caused the contamination of the sediments in a great number of rivers of the world.

In certain areas, the health of the people living close or on these largely affected rivers, have been seriously affected. Poisoning with mercury is an example. The simple fact of eating fish, not such a long time ago, killed thousands of people in Asia. Used and polluted waters are vectors of diseases, propagations of epidemics. 80% of the diseases of the countries of the "South" are caused by polluted water.

 

While you read this document millions, not to say billions, of human beings pour their excrements directly in the water of the lakes, rivers and oceans of the world.

 

The human body is made up of 90% of water, which makes of it the 1st natural elements necessary to mankind. The lack of drinking water causes death to more than 10 million people per year. Salted water accounts for 97% of world water. There is only remaining a thin 3% of fresh water to keep us alive. And this 3% which remains available to drink is very, very, very sick.

 

According to UNESCO, body of the United Nations, each day 2 million tons of material of draining are evacuated in rivers.

 

60% of the 227 larger rivers of the world are severely split up by dams, derivations and channels leading to the degradation of the ecosystems.

40% of the rivers controlled into 1998 in the United States were regarded as unsuitable for leisure activities because of their pollution by the nutritive elements, the agrochemical products and heavy metals.

5 of the 55 rivers of Europe were considered to be intact and only the higher courses of the 14 larger rivers preserve a satisfactory ecological state

In Asia, all the rivers crossing cities are seriously polluted.

Between 34 and 80 fish species disappeared since the end of the 19th century.

6 disappeared since 1970.

In the United States only, 120 of the 822 fresh water fish species are threatened, i.e. 15% of the whole of the fish species.

 

The species disappeared

 

According to Unesco, on a world level, approximately 24% of the mammals and 12% of the birds are threatened. Of course one speaks about those which remain. There are not only certain species of tortoises which are in process of extinction, there is also the tiger, the wolf, the whales, the fish, the koalas, the batrachians, the bison, the chameleons, the beavers, the chimpanzees, the russet-red squirrels, the crocodiles, the Indian elephants, the cheetahs, the lynxes, the macaques, the manchons, the moufflons, the okapis, the polar bears, the pumas, the orangs-outangs, the gorillas, the golden eagle, the macaws, the pandas, the zebras, the rhinoceroses and many more…

 

And lets not forget the underwater fauna of the great depths still unexplored which we only starts to discover the extend.

 

Nobody really dares to advance figures on the quantity of species of all the classes which disappeared already and we try to run at high speed to save those which are closest to the extinction.

 

Several scientists evaluate that more half of all species already left this world. I personally believe that they are timid in their evaluations. Also  there is not a large portion of people in this world that have enough time and money to keep track of all the destruction of man.

 

How long should we keep  waiting  before taking action?

 

 

 

 

 

One day, some 20 years ago, I have met the president of a large life insurance company here in Quebec. I wish not to name this man, nor the company that he managed at the time, by respect for his family. But I would like to tell you what was the kind of answer he gave me in response to some very clear questions about the youth’s future.

I asked him, while in his large office of the 29^th floor. I have asked him for moral or financial support, or both, to help the International youth Association in its steps towards its goals and its concerns for the future of environment. Here is his answer (“I translate it for you into polite and acceptable language”); "Why do you think I should care about the future of youth and their environmental problems to come, I will have died for a long time when they have to face all these problems"!!!

I also received the same kind of response in the office of the owner of one of largest, if not the largest oil company in the world, 20 years ago in Beverly Hills California.

 

Also, I had organized a large parade with a huge tractor trailer and it was not allegorical, it was a flat bed of 15 meters towed by an immense truck, on which we had placed, my colleague and I, an immense planet earth (2 meters height) and all around the trailer posters had been placed to read "WE ARE DESTROYING THE PLANET, LET’S REACT…, SAVE IT " we rolled around town with this immense trailer in the city for two days distributing some advertising leaflets, the weekend of April 8 1989. We had a permit which had been granted to us by the service of police of Montreal. When I announced this action to be done to the medias, television and other news instances found that it was not worth talking about it.

The only media among all of them, who did something, was the "Montreal Daily News" (Anglophone newspaper who disappeared a few years later) which was not very well known, since at its very beginnings . Mr. Robert Steiner one of their journalists, very nice, prepared us an article of a half-page with photograph. in its edition of April 10, 1989.

 

So, as you can see, the concern of journalists towards the young people concerns in this world .was not really at its best in those days.

 

On the other hand, all the young people whom I had met while travelling through some 30 countries that I visited during several years were all very impatient to do something. Unfortunately, we did not have all the possibilities of communications like we do today.

Today it will be easy to make things move fast, thanks to the emails and internet. And moreover, the situation and the social climate in the world today are much more favourable for such actions.

 

However each day, we draw with the same appetite from the planet more than it can produce, we pollute more quickly than it can clean itself. How long will we be able to pump fuels from the heart of the planet before it gives us irrevocable signs of distresses? What burns in the center of the earth?

 

Most of older people will not go to the barricades to protest for the safeguard of the environment. Their time is passed and they look at all this in a passive manner. A little flabbergasted by all the upheavals that they partly, and sometimes, unconsciously caused, many think that they do not relate to this any more and that in any event it is probably too late now to try to change something there.

 

 

It is a mistake to think that there is nothing to do, but it is also a great error not to mobilize ourselves to do it now. It is possible that we reach the threshold of no return in the current century at the rate/rhythm things go. It is a little like a geometric progression, you know 2 X 2, 4 X 4, 16 X 16, 256 X 256…

 

There is urgency, even the word is weak, and one could use the words extreme urgency.

It is to the world youth to act, quickly, all together, in harmony without regards to the passed errors. A never ending story of looking behind before taking a step forward…

 

Take your future in your hands before it is taken away from you.

VII- To gather world youth to promote the humanitarian organizations.

 

There is a very great quantity of humanitarian organizations in the world and they are not always recognized nor really constant. It is a little like facing the devil, you, you want to make well, him not. The organizations of mutual aid are often regarded a little as dustbins. I would like to take the example of the food banks which as you know it depend primarily on the generosity of people and of the companies which give to them free food products. It is absolutely certain that it is not always the case, but in many cases they are the remainders of foods unsuitable to the sale, of the fruit and vegetables which started to decay, of the two three day old breads, the food which stayed in the back of the food storage for a long time and which one appreciates more or less which is given to these food banks.

 

This time I would like to take an example on the opposite completely. It is the Jewish community which we could imitate in this fact. When a member of a Jewish community is struck by a disaster and loses all his goods, as in a fire, the community will help him by giving him all he needs, while giving the most beautiful possible things to him. Especially new and enviable, not the useless rejects of things which one does not want any more.

 

The fund raising activities for the humanitarian organizations are very difficult, because they are often at the last level of the concerns of the governments, the companies and the citizens in general. Of course and fortunately there are also people for whom that counts. But everyone will agree that they are rather extremely rare exceptions.

 

Thus in conclusion, world youth eager to act will be able to install networks whose principal function will be as much as possible to support concerned people that look for the well being of the others.

VIII-    Gather the world youth to stop murders and crimes of all kinds.

 

I always considered that the crimes and murders committed in the society are signs of extreme moral distresses which were not detected in time.  This for the large majority of the cases, of course there will always be certain undesirable elements which will not be recoverable. Probably suffering of significant intellectual deficiencies, defective genetic codes, emotional deficiencies, dependences to alcohol, drugs and other substances, serious psychological diseases and they are all considered as patients who must be looked after and followed closely.  You will notice that the criminals come in general from underprivileged groups, poor, broken families, school dropouts, socio-emotional individuals, and depressed, doped, divorced, ignored, people in a state of extreme moral distress, rejected.

Certainly much more other deficiencies that is not useful to enumerate.  Being completely aware of this, the world youth has a real desire to act in this matter.  The world youth is very conscious of these fact, better informed than in the past will help repair iniquities, then it will be better prepared and much more inclined to make all the efforts necessary at the right places.  The governments of the international community do not judge very important to support and develop networks for tracking and supporting human beings in a state of extreme distress.  They rather will prevail afterwards when it is too late to go back.  Humans are not fundamentally malicious and criminal; there are only complex and ambiguous personal situations.

 

Facilities of preventions and rehabilitations will be largely favoured.

IX- Gather the world youth to establish an organ of protection and international help.

 

 

In the multiple trips which I undertook in order to study the fundamental thought of the young people of the 20^th and 21^st centuries, I could note that the very large majority of the young people of this world do not have a real desire to join the ranks of the armies of the planet.

 

In general the young people, who have the bad luck to live in countries where the military service is obligatory, do all that is humanly possible to avoid it. A very important percentage of those which on the other hand join the ranks of these armies, are actually young people with big hearts, proud and ambitious which wish at the bottom of their soul to achieve the good, they are eager to achieve acts of bravery, nobility, of mutual aid, help. They want to defend a freedom that they recognize as being ridiculed, ignored.

They wish to protect the weakest which are sometimes really threatened by all kinds of situations considered to be unacceptable in their eyes or with the eyes of those who enrol them.

 

On the other hand the majority of those who do  participate in wars regret taking part in acts that they consider, afterwards, as being often acts of cruelties or barbaric. Many are those which will preserve psychological and psychosomatic serious after-effects for the remainder of their lives following the intense traumatism experiments that they will have undergone during periods of wars in which they have been committed by near or by far. All that while Generals and other top graded move armies of young people on paper charts or as it is the habit nowadays, on virtual charts like a play of war quite comfortably seated in their armchairs.

 

A little bit like the famous military strategies game RISK. Oups one lost 200 men (some 18 year old children and more, sometimes much less) move 200 others quickly here. In the worst case they will bring back their remainders, their medals and their flag to the heartbroken family. If we had the possibility of making the inventory of the real hardened hearts which like to make wars, we would be able to see that they represent a negligible part of the world population.

 

Into the thought of the greatest part of world youth, these armies could be reconverted in bodies of international first aid

 

To fill these same desires to help, protect, deploy these same forces, these same passions and these same energies to save lives in the event of natural disasters or other possible humane causes

 

The army, instead of being a tool of massive destruction, invasion, could be reconverted in an international agency of help and mutual aid from which the principal functions would be to protect very whole humanity from the threats not generated by mankind, but by natural disasters. In the event of exception, if a nation was way out of good sense defined by accepted moral and justice, all the forces of the world could, under the supervision of the United Nations, intervene with an aim of stopping the progression of spiteful acts, quickly.

 

And for the irremediable amateurs of wars, the diehard of slaughter could be found, all together, in uninhabited places, deserts, in vastnesses of unoccupied territories planned for that, and we could give them weapons which cannot generate massive destruction and let them appease their madness until they all eliminated themselves.

 

It is not necessary to let despots, bloodthirsty men, swindlers, invaders, exterminators, cleaners of races, alleged purifiers, act their ways. Most of them, without the protection and support of young soldiers, enrolled sometimes against their will, would be completely inoffensive and quite small in their shoes.

 

 

Times are changing and populations do not blindly, follow the amateurs of war so much any more as it was in the past. People are better informed, know more and more what really occurs on our good old mother earth and they are capable of judging which are important matters as opposed to those which are not.

 

There were times when people could shout anything high and strong.

X - Gather the world youth to create a network of distribution (broadcasting) of positive thinking and information.

 

How many people are depressed, suicidal, and sick, only by the influence of the televised or written news? This, totally caused by the continuous flood of bad news. Information today consists in showing crisis’s, wars, conflicts between countries, states, religions, cultures, ethnic origins and the horrors that these situations generate.

 

Murders, acts of physical or verbal violence, crimes from the silliest to the most complexes, frauds, scandals, disgrace, accidents and so on.

That is what makes most of the content of news, day after day, after day. It is so true that most of news telecasters conclude their daily editions by saying a sentence similar to this;  “And now, on a more happy note”… a little story about something unusual or funny!

 

The violence reported by the networks of news in the world is such as it has almost become banal. But it should be known that these images of violence’s impregnate the brain, the subconscious and the memory preserves them ineluctably. What are the real consequences on the behaviour of many people?

 

The networks of news are interested only by sensationalism and they lack sometimes so much new things to say, that they are complied to they repeat the same news for several days in a roll continuously. One day I heard a humorist say while speaking about this fact and I quote “if that’s all you have to say, then you should shut up.”

 

Creativity should absolutely be encouraged, to introduce new ways of thinking in the development of new television programs. It is the same for information why not minimize the sad and terrible events and maximize the merry and splendid events. Inform the public about beautiful achievements instead of flooding them whit crimes, scandals and misfortunes. It is not to say that populations should not be informed of these bad things, but only to say that one would perhaps not have to grant as much importance to them.

 

 

Television programs, which have become, to the people of modern societies, an integral part of their days, are nothing more than a bunch of violence and reflections of the worst elements of the mankind lifestyles.

 

The soap operas (with bubbles) do nothing but tell scenarios of depressing and sad lives, all the darkest sides of relations between individuals, the couples, the families, the office colleagues. They, almost all the time, emphasize on the perverse sides of people, the human weaknesses and the worst behaviours.

 

The television programs became boxes filled with insults, with blasphemies where the worst language is at honour. It destroys the nobility and the beauty of the spoken languages at a dazing speed. It is said that the young people speak badly, cannot express themselves correctly and cannot write any more! We only have to look into what we serve them on a daily basis through the newscasts and all the television or radio programs to realize that we are brainwashing them into a linguistic retrograding. Their souls are polluted.

 

Television programs such as reality TV  in which a bunch of characters are put in the most ridiculous situations just think of young men and women who are sent in supposed paradises to find out how long they will be able to resist the advances of another person. Or games where people can vote by phone to decide which one will be eliminated from an immense loft in which live all together a group of youngsters. The public must follow them every day and then be able to vote for or against one or the other, chose one that will become in a “so called” danger zone to be eliminate this week!!!

 

Programs such as Fear Factor where the public watches scenes in which contestants must eat worms, insects, rotten food or be burnt, punctured, make them pierce their arms with increasing sizes of large needles. It is necessary to be sick and thirsty for money to present such rotten stuff in television programming.

 

Or programs completely directed towards sex and pornography (the bottom-of-the-range) ones that even the amateurs of sex do not find really interesting so much they are unimportant and where the same sex acts are repeated continuously, as if there were only these. It is of a banality, of a total insignificance. Without taking in account that this has serious effects on the way of perceiving love, tenderness, romanticism and sexuality in our young children’s minds who are continuously witnessing  less beautiful values in love.

 

Some people are astonished after that, and that makes me laugh, (that one is astonished), that some 10, 12, 13 year old girls organize contests of fellatios in schools. It is unbelievable. And to add on top of it, parents and reporters debate on the fact. Crazy isn’t it?

 

Then the programs where they show us live scenes of crimes with all the detailed explanations, Aren’t we already enough splashed with scenes of violence. It can generate intentions to try to reproduce them in certain malevolent, sick or weak minds. I always wondered whether terrorist Bin Laden and its followers had not actually been inspired by a scene drawn from a film in which Arnold Schwarzenegger projects a terrorist sitting on a bomb shell fixed on the wing of its plane directly into an office tower …???

 

The television networks are so much in lack of ideas that they search into their archives to try to find old programs from 20,30,40 years ago to fill the schedules. Fortunately among those there are nevertheless good ones. Or to try getting viewers to pay for old advertising spots, as if that could be of any interest. Incredible, but true.

 

All of television is not inevitably bad, there are good programs, interesting quiz, pleasant variety shows, really amusing comedies or the retransmission of spectacles and events but they are rather rare.

 

Create a network of positive thinking and information it is a real desire expressed by the international youth. What are we waiting for?

XI- Gather the world youth to reorient the conquest of space and prevent

star wars.

 

A great proportion of this space conquest was elaborate with an aim of creating new ways of doing the war. New formulas for spies via satellite. The astronomical costs of these activities are once again disproportionate. A race for domination, performance, and this, without regards to the economic capacities of the countries to finance it. The international space stations of Americans in opposition to that of Russia’s, Mir, for example. At its early stage many problems occurred between Americans and Russians, distrust, difference of point of views. After a few disasters the American went on completing the work. .

 

Fortunately in a certain way the amazing costs necessary to the realization of such programs, involved a greater co-operation between the main actors of this new reality. If we consider the first space engine “Sputnik” sent by Russian in 1957 under Nikita Khrouchtchev, first secretary of the Communist party of The USSR, it is relatively new.

 

The remains in orbit are a main issue of safety for any space exploration, these remains travel at the speed of 8 kilometer/second. It is 10 times faster than a bullet triggered from a fire arm. This danger is a constant concern in the spirit of the scientists of NASA during space travels. There is the space dimension to be frightened about, but there is also a terrestrial dimension, remember the tank of 2 or 3 hundred kilos coming from a Delta rocket which crushed in Texas in 1997.

 

According to a report from the NORAD,  established the 1/1/2004 and following the census carried out by Space Network Monitoring of the US Space Command (USSPACECOM), since 1957, Russia, the United States, Europe, Japan, China, India and Israel proceeded to nearly 4000 successful launches d' space engines.

 

That represents more than 20000 tons of materials and 25500 various objects in orbit around the Earth, among which only remain approximately 700 operational satellites representing a mass of 5000 tons.

 

One counts finally at least 170000 remains of more than one kilo likely to fall down on Earth, including 1.5 tons of radioactive material.

 

Because the Star Wars are quite simply only one race of nuclear armaments, the association cannot be in agreement with this idea which is nothing more than one new way of doing war. But how devastating? We wish to eliminate nuclear weapons. The proposal to create an anti-missile shield actually does not make anything else than to encourage the other world powers to seek ways of destroying such a shield if it ended up being carried out. Do you believe that Russia, China to name only these two there, will remain inactive?

 

Since Ronald Reagan launched the first attempts to create such a shield, in 1983, Americans spent nearly 100 billion dollars and the whole thing was only one bunch of successive failures. How much dollars are spent to counter such a defence system by anti-Americans???

 

All these billions wouldn't be more useful to work at the rebuilding of our ecosystems, or towards elimination of famine?

 

While international space station (ISS) orbit at a few 500 km of the Earth, which is in a relatively tiny risk zone, it is increasingly urgent to set up a plan to clean our planet’s orbit if everybody wishes to continue sending machines to explore space, even for scientific reasons so called peaceful.

 

It is with this in mind that the International Youth Association considers that it is very urgent to reorient the space conquest.

XII- Gather the world youth to start settling effects and act on finding causes

 

First of all, to live in health and to live longer is the first reason for the existence of this12^th goal .For this reason it will become necessary one day for medicine to succeed in working on finding the causes of diseases and to solve them, rather than spending a major part of it’s time putting band aids.

 

Most of world youth considers that the efforts to eliminate the physical and mental diseases are not put at the good place. A larger support for the current institutions of research is necessary.

 

A better collaboration between all the researchers of the world is needed in order to share the resources, knowledge, technologies and the brains. On the contrary, nowadays, each researcher works isolated from the others, without real sharing of acquired knowledge and successful openings. Each country keeps secretly and preciously its studies of progress.

 

The whole humanity being so occupied responding to emergencies which it imposed itself, does not have the means, or the time to really seek into the causes of sicknesses. It runs to the urgencies and cannot do anything else than try to stabilise the effects.

 

The Association wants to create research facilities for the most important health problems and to act on the urgencies as soon as possible but also to have a prevention policy in all the fields where humanity is sick. It wants to start as soon as possible generating activities of restorations of the human health, health of its ecosystems, its finances. All the countries are in debt to a point such as any financial institution would, all proportions kept put in bankruptcy any citizen who would be as involved in debt as these countries.

 

 

YES, BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY !!

 XIII- Gather the world youth to propose, face to face, in harmony, progress studies.

 

The world youth has recognized that the sum of problems that it will have to face in the near future is the result of actions taken, non stop, in the past and also eras of our history that cannot be ignored. It does not want to keep on doing the same old way just because it was always done like that…

 

The International Youth Association desires to trace a coherent line of conduct while being able to answer the goals of world youth on various levels which will hold account of the traditions and the values specific to the continental territories where this youth evolves.

 

However this evolution, in this new millennium, so to speak, "is capped" with the bonnet of uncertainty, concern, the tepidness of this youth, even sometimes, of a major direction of dislike and of rejection of the institutions in place on their territory, whereas this youth does not believe any more in its leaders and, unfortunately, scorn them often just like its political and social institutions: this youth does not have any more the feeling of participation in this step of the evolution... it is a phenomenon which one observes on a worldwide scale nowadays...

 

Will this comet continue its race for a long time, or will it be crushed violently on this boiling world? No one knows with certainty, but it is important, imperative, and logical, to observe its course and to make an effort, individually or in community, in group, in association, to make multiplied efforts to try to correct, change, to rectify the course of it to avoid a world catastrophe.

 

And it is not utopian, dreamer or it is not "to be in the moon" as it was said to us when we were young to think like this! On the contrary it shows membership of a group, a class, of a well defined community, the youth of the world face to face and in harmony, not in confrontation with the other social, economic and cultural groups of the territories and the continents where this youth evolves.

 

This philosophy, these principles, these goals must find their echo, then diffusion and presence, actually social, economic and political “habitat” by ways and means of radiation which will embrace the facilities of modern computerised data processing.

 

Studies of progress, proposed by a class of young people, where “the sap of youth” is most fertile. The accent on " the positive" !

XIVXIV- Gather the world youth to bring solutions to the problems of illiteracy, education and educational deficiencies.

 

A word was invented? What does that means analphabetisation? Youth believes that the problems of the illiterates of this world are imposed by the social, economic and morals situations, of the countries where they live. Lack of human and material resources, lack of determination on behalf of the leaders. Especially where it pleases the leaders to keep their population in ignorance as much as possible.

 

 

According to United Nations for education, science and culture (UNESCO), the world rate of illiteracy went down from 45 percent 50 years ago to 23 percent today. It is in Africa and in Asia that the rate of illiteracy remains the highest. In 1995, 19 countries had a rate of illiteracy equivalent or higher than 70 percent; 14 of them are located in Africa and five in Asia. Moreover, the number of illiterates increases in South Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, and in the Arab’s" states. The world counts today 771 millions of illiterate adults.

 

The elimination of illiteracy is the only way a society has to assure an effective participation in the society and it’s economy. It generates human development and it contributes to the reduction of poverty.

 

.

What brings me to the point of view of education, of the methods of training, competences of the institutions of formation, authority and discipline, of metacognition. All the children are different, certain are hyperactive, the other exceptionally gifted, others have difficulties in maintaining high or sustained levels of concentration, others have problems of dysorthography, some are more manual, more sport oriented etc But in spite of these facts, we persists in wanting to teach all children in the same way, the same rate/rhythm and the same matters.

 

It is really time to re-examine the guidelines. To detect the types of children, to evaluate and better encircle what distinguish them from/to each other in order to propose models of teaching to them which will reach them better.

 

Several tendencies and schools of thought followed one another through the centuries. In the 17th and 18th centuries, for example, here in Quebec “new France” we teached to the privileged children according to the precepts of the clergy. Education according to the institutions or influenced by the concepts of Doctor Spock, Benjamin McLane Spock, this universally known American as a podiatrist, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst was largely blamed to have incited the families of the Fifties towards absolute permissiveness while suggesting, by its intentions sometimes badly understood, to let  the children do what they wanted. These are only two examples.

 

And the reforms in teaching, most everywhere in the world, did not really always hold account of all the differences between individuals. They should be evaluated (in term of capacity of training) with more sophisticated systems of detection of aptitudes.

The teaching deficiencies are the reflection of the vision and the importance which are too often granted to education. In certain countries leaders refuses the right to education for women. In other countries there is no didactic material. In some others…simply no teachers!!! Mainly in Africa.  Sometimes, for all kinds of reasons which have nothing to do with poverty like AIDS, for example.

 

121 million children aged from 6 to 11 years old are not provided education.

 

The management of teachers is really bad in several countries. Imagine a teacher who studied all his life in a special field and is forced to tyeach another discipline against his will just to fill the schedule. A genius in mathematics who teaches morals, one passionate of biology who must teach geography and so on. What a waste.

 

There is a vision within the young people to settle these problems, what is missing, it is the motivation oft some of their elder.

XV- Gather the world youth to resolve the organization of human communities

 

The world youth questions even the concept of State, of country. These vast, functional but restrictive territories of the human current communities’ organization. It wants to define the humans as being Earth inhabitants .

 

 

The abolition of borders, of racism, sharing resources, sharing the wealth, sharing knowledge, mutual aid, universal collaboration, the multiple connections, social organization of the activities of work, the domination of the business world, the classes struggle, the desire to forgive the errors of the past are all elements which relate to and challenge the world youth which dreams of better days.

 

The leading cause of suicide within young people of the world is the absence of vision of their future or an apocalyptic vision of their universe. The young people suffer from all these real threats which plane to them above the head like as many sword of Damocles (at the fifth century before Jesus Christ, Denys the ancient, in a banquet, made suspend above the head of Damocles a heavy sword, attached the hair of a horse to make him realise how much kings happiness was fragile.)

 

Today, the distances are shortened, the borders widen, and the meetings multiply. The means of communication are refined and accelerated. World youth wishes more than ever the harmony. It is conscious of the fragility of its future and aspires to finally being able to use all the possible ways, now at its disposal, to change the world and its ways of doing things.

 

The industrial and political revolutions transformed what was a community in a society without social links. The family does not play its part of social environment anymore because it became too fragile. Everyone runs after its breath and hopelessly tries to buckle its budget, increasingly overdrawn, while running out of steam more and more quickly, yes certainly, but also by slowly neglecting its family to make it.

 

To get out of this world closed on itself, folded up, protected, armed against all that could come to disturb its comfort. Here is what animates the young people of the world at this moment.

 

It is not a Utopia to consider wanting to change the world, it is a legitimate desire and more necessary in these times. Thinkers, researchers, philanthropists, groups of musicians, artists, dreamers living and disappeared, shouted it, with who wants to hear it, since a long time. Aristote, a few hundred years before J.C., was already thinking about the organization of the human communities.

 

The world youth is interested and absolutely wants to take part in the evolution of the dynamic factors of the populations (health, family, fertility, migration) and their relationships to economic and social development. (Education,

urbanization, employment, economic activity, social structures, statute of the woman (the fate of women and little girls is intolerable the child murder of the babies girls, the excision, denial of education, forced weddings…).

 

The young people of the whole world cannot imagine wage disparities between men and women for the execution of the same work, they consider that; “with equal task, equal wages”.

 

The UNICEF, in his report “the situation of the children in the world 1997” talks of the children to work. It is a hard reality of this current world, a problem solving which world youth regards as a challenge to take up.

 

In 2004, the international organization of work revealed that 200 millions children work in the world. Today it is 246 millions children at work of which 179 million carries out dangerous tasks. 30 millions children suffer from prostitution or slavery.

 

Youth is convinced that the human beings, if they had the choice, could all excel in the fields which passionate them individually each and every one of them. And this, for the better for the whole humanity.

XVI- Gather the world youth to abolish borders.

  According to article 13 of the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

• 1) everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
• (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

In spite of these beautiful ideals, everyone is not able to leave its country or to enter another legally. Some are refugees others are clandestine immigrants. Some are completely imprisoned in their own countries….

 

On August 24th, 1849, Victor Hugo said, in his “Opening speech of the congress for Peace”; “One day will come where you, France; you, Russia; you, Italy; you, England; you, Germany; you all nations of the continent, without losing your distinct qualities and your glorious individuality, you will melt yourselves in a higher unit and will constitute European fraternity " Victor Hugo, 1849.

 

At the end of this same speech, he said this; “Brothers, I accept these acclamations, and I offer them to the future generations. Yes that this day is one day memorable, it marks the end of the overflowing of human blood, it marks the end of the massacres and the wars, it inaugurates the beginning of the harmony and peace in the world, and shall we say: - August 24, 1572 erase and disappears under on August 24, 1849! ” He received an ovation.

 

150 years later we are getting there at small steps!!!

 

It is not a Utopia to want a world without borders; it is within the height of the major aspirations of the young people today.

XVII- Gather the world youth to put in common all knowledge, techniques and resources, in view of protecting the future of humanity.

 

The young people of the whole world who have a minimum of instruction are conscious of the latecomer effect which causes individualistic and isolated research, in secrecy ones in race against the others.

 

 

 

Instead of progressing quickly when the current world makes research in a particular field, we could discover much more quickly the causes of a problem, a disease, a human race threatening phenomenon and thus collaborate in harmony developing solutions by using the forces of each and everyone. All united, for the common benefit.

 

For what purpose should somebody egoistically pile up personal fortune by thinking only of oneself, if there is no more planet to spend it. Of course oldest whose heart is hardened and who do not have much life expectancy, do not feel concerned

 

Fortunately, there are still among the elderly much good people who further see and that reassure me for the future.

 

It is necessary to have a global view and to think as human beings. The association does not condemn wealth, quite to the contrary. It will be necessary to grow rich much to repair all the wrong which was made with humanity and its environment.

 

On the other hand it is the distribution of the wealth which it will be necessary to re-examine; prosperity for all is a wish of the creator himself (for those which believe in him… in the creator).

 

The International Youth Association proposes the creation of a mega research centre which will be able to benefit from all the ultramodern technology available, knowledge of the whole world research and union of the scientific elite without regard to the race, the religion, the gender or any other form of segregation

 

An immense collective brain and an enormous computer center. Imagine the speed at which we could resolve difficulties if we united all our intellectual abilities and material instead of competing one against the other. Especially that the fundamental reason of this competition is only the lure of gain.

XVIII- Gather the world youth to establish justice, equity, brotherhood and prosperity.

 

In the great majority of the countries which constitute the world of today, justice is a virtue which quite simply does not exist.

 

Among the countries where justice is omnipresent, this one is seen stained with the largest enemy of justice, the dishonesty.

 

Indeed the justice, in the countries where this one exists, does not make its duty, and the lawyers as well as the judges who compose it, are very often corrupted. The lawyers plot the most varied strategies to benefit from the causes and their customers who they are suppose to defend or hear, without regard to the basic principles of justice and the oaths that they pronounced before being able to practice their profession.

 

Indeed several do nothing but stretch the procedures to extract from it the maximum of profits on the back of their customers. They voluntarily generate situations which push their customers to give up the lawsuits. And arrange between parts friendly out of court agreements. However here is what the code of conduct of the bar dictates;

 

GENERAL DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF LAWYERS TOWARDS PUBLIC 2.00.01. L' lawyer must act with dignity, integrity, honor, respect, moderation and courtesy.

 

DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS TOWARDS CUSTOMER 3.00.01. L' lawyer has, towards the customer, a duty of competence as well as obligations of honesty, d' integrity, d' independence, of satisfying, diligence and prudence.

 

It is not at all what occurs in reality. A great proportion of lawyers, unfortunately are far from their duty and no interested in real justice. They are often rather strongly interested by what they can collect by taking a business (Rather than a cause) as they enjoy saying. They obtain sometimes doubtful settlements, and often candy sentences”.

 

The word equity is employed here in the sense of the equity of the sharing and in the sense of the virtue of the one which has a natural drive for justice within himself and which respects the rights of every one.

 

World youth wishes to act in equity and it seeks hopelessly the means, the authorities to reach that point. The association believes; that only a world gathering of youth and an association in the facts will be able to really contribute to start a process of change.

 

We also believe that to start this movement in Canada is a very important asset.

 

The initiatives emanating from our country receive a special attention on all the continents; they caress the ear of the youth which perceives Canada like a ground of future, ground of freedom, ground of advance, ground of multiple possibilities, finally, ground where youth can still hope, better than in the United States, than in England, than in France to name only some of the countries in “evidence in the world”.

 

In spite of protest movements which reached the state of normality because of the ignorance that certain leading classes shows towards this youth to which, they deny participation in the national thing so to speak. Leaving youth in uncertainty, the growing concern and the doubt of its place among the elder.

 

This youth will be able to hear the call for help coming from Canada in confidence, without having in memory links to actions or sad or reprehensible events that occurred in the past.

   XIX- Gather the world youth to create an international monetary fund.

 

The international monetary fund proposed by our association is very similar to that of the current IMF except that the fund created by the International Youth Association will engage into new perspectives and it will lay down realistic objectives in the short term.

 

 

The IMF was created in 1945 and even with 184 countries members, the worl is growing poorer and corruption reigns.

 

On September 6, 7 and 8, 2000, the United Nations hosted the Summit of the Millennium, the largest gathering of Chiefs’ States of the history, to establish the agenda of the world for the next millennium. Political and company leaders were to think of the ratification of more than 500 treaties proclaiming the need for economic rights, social, political and human for all the people. However, the structure of the United Nation and the influence that the large international financial backers have on them, caused many waves, in glasses of water, of champagne, without aspirations of the world’s youth and their nations being heard.

 

Actually there is no possible inversion of the money making machine. Corruption, destruction of natural habitats to serve the interest of the profiteurs who benefit from it, over armament are only facts established and recognized by all which do nothing but increase the difference between the rich and the poor.

 

The efforts and the statements are praiseworthy, but as long as there will always only be the same players at the table; the plate of the starved of this world will remain empty!!! New blood is needed. As a famous French comic called “Coluche’ said one day talking about a poor asking for help he said this joke” Tell us what you need, we will teach you how to live without it”

XX -Gather the world youth to reinstall the strength and importance of the family notion.

  

 

The family, specie in the process of extinction?

 

It is indeed a question which world youth considers very seriously. The financial problems in the foreground, contributed to the bursting of the family a little everywhere on the sphere.

 

The race against the clock generated by the frantic rate of our rhythm of life is another of the causes.

 

The psychological distress of mono parental family parents shows every day in many acts of violence. Intense verbal violence, physical violence, murders accompanied by the murder of the children, accompanied by the suicide by one or the other.

 

The distress is extreme and is generalized. In this infernal wheel there is no more place for the family and consequently the young people suffer in silence and plan the suicide as solution to leave this hell.

 

Studies after studies, for 40 years have shown that the children living in low income families, families in difficulties, broken and or reconstituted families have more difficulties in training, have more emotional problems and behavioural problems during their life that the others. They are more likely to become school dropouts, to have contentions with justice. They live crisis situations such as non desired pregnancy, drug-addiction and the worst of all suicide.

 

Suicide within the young people is a growing phenomenon which is far from disappearing. They have no more feeling of membership, neither with their immediate family, nor with the big family of mankind. They feel very far from the values which prevail at this moment.

 

This is why we must put in place systems that will ease the life of families and that will glorify their noble duty.

              XXI- Gather the world youth who wishes to be in one family, God’s family.

 

The International Youth Association  is not an institution of religious propaganda, neither a imitation-religion, nor a sect. It does not make the promotion of any religion it is satisfied to observe the existence of it and to respect the followers of them.

 

The word God is used to define the Creator of the earth and the men as claim all the believers of all the religions, it does not matter the name that they give him. And as regards the unbelievers or the atheists, they even say themselves that they do not believe in a God. It is for these reasons that the word God is implicitly used.

 

But the fact is that the great religions of this current world are all claiming themselves owners of the only true God.

 

Hinduism, Trimurti (triple divine forms) God the creator, God the protector and God the on who transform

 

Islam, youngest of the three great religions monotheists 1.126.300 000 Moslems, only one God

 

Buddhism 325.300.000 at the beginning, it did not have divinity.

 

Christianity, 1.955.200 000 only one God.

 

Judaism 13.900.000 According to the Torah, God concluded an agreement (Alliance) with the Jewish people, through its three patriarchs: Abraham, his son Isaac, and his grandson Jacob that God renamed " Israël". At one time when people adored several gods, Jews, by this Alliance, engaged to recognize this “unique God " as their only God.

 

Either all these beautiful people are in the error, or in the truth. I believe that they might all be right. There is one God, then it must be the same one for all, it does not matter which way everyone want to name Him.

 

 

God, the Creator, The Eternal, the King of the kings, Alpha and the Omega, the Lord, the Almighty, Our Heavenly Father, Élohim, the Redeemer, the supreme Being, The Universe, the Light, Nature, Life, the King of the Sky and the Earth, the Almighty, God of the Hebrews, God d' Israel, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, God of Jacob, God of Brace, God of David, Very-Saint, the celestial Father, the good god, Our Lord, the Holy Trinity, Adonaï, Jéhovah, Yahweh, Allah, and all names or qualitative of Islam; The benefactor, the meryful one, the king, the beautiful one, peace, the faithful one, the guard, the powerful one, the repairer, the large one, the creator, the worker, The organizer, L' lenient, the dominator, the giver, the dispenser, the victorious one, the knowledge, That which opens the hearts, That which closes the hearts. That which lowers, That which raises, That which gives dignity, That which  remove, , the saint, the worthy one of praises, L' omni conscious, the principle, That which will ressuscitera its creatures, the creator of the life, the creator of death, It living, L' opulent, L' inventor, L' immutable, L' single, L' eternal, It sympathizing, the charitable one, the careful one, the producer, It preventing, the first, the last, expressed, hidden, It comforting, the worthy one, the indicator, L' attentive, the judge, the Juste, the subtle one, L' observer, the lenient one, the magnanime, L' pleasant, glorifié, the splendid one, the guard, the feeder one, L' intendant, the majestic one, the generous one, the watcher, That which exauce, the wise one, the superb one, the very-magnet, the Almighty, the witness, the truth, the fort, right, forgiveness, the dispenser of justice, the good, L' pleasant, the Master of the Kingdom, the Lord of majesty and generosity, L' equitable, the rassemblor, the sufficient one with itself, the rich person, That which holds the goods, That which distributes them, That which distributes them, the light, That which always lasts, the glorious one, L' universal, the guide, L' immanent, the perfect one, sublimates It, the patient, the soft one.

 

 

There are no mentions of warrior, or of killer in these names.

 

Why so simple things have become so complicated?

 

 

 

The 10 commandements of God (according to the christians)

 

1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.
4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
5. Honour thy father and thy mother.
6. Thou shalt not kill.
7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
8. Thou shalt not steal.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
10. Thou shalt not covet.

 

Bottom line is that the International Youth Association encourages those which support commandments like these; they are of a so great simplicity. If one day the world succeeds in applying that, it will be the end of the problems.

 

A legist who had tried to know which of these commandments was the most important was given this answer “Firstly love your God and secondly love your fellow like yourself”.

 

Only these two commandments are enough to bring back the world towards prosperity and peace.

 

World youth is respectful of the beliefs of each and every one. It wishes to gather them all in only one family, the family of God.

 

The law of the world of today is in contradiction with the law of God. The law of God it is not war, hatred, destruction, but love and peace.

NOTES on the author of this document and the comments and statistics which it contains.

 

All the comments are the result of my thought and research and studies cumulated for 30 years near world youth. Here, on the spot in Quebec, Canada then elsewhere on the ground of the United States, and in many countries of Europe, of Africa and Asia. The guiding principles of this organization, incorporated in Ottawa on December 5, 1985, are the conclusions of studies and observations made by Michel Bégin. Having profited from a complete education, if I can say, after advanced studies, I travelled throughout the world by feet, during several years and I have there thus I believe, acquired a major knowledge of the men and things. Especially I collected testimonies of world youth there on the subjects which worry them most.

 

The statistics come from official sites of UNO, UNESCO, the UNICEF or other recognized organizations.

 

I tried to indicate the source of the texts or sentences quoted in this document that are not mine, if I forgot some, forgive me it was not meant to appropriate them to me.

 

The 21 goals and objectives had been worked out and written in 1985 by Michel Bégin, founder of the International association of Youth (Canada XXI) Inc. They were accepted by the 7 members of the board of directors at the time of its first assembly on March 22, 1986.

Color 

The green color is the central color of the seven traditional colors of the rainbow, and the 4th chakra (chakra of the heart). It is also the resultant of the association of blue, cold color, and of the yellow, hot color. The green is thus an intermediate color. Also the green color is officially and internationally generally associated with the hope. Moreover the green color shows the concern of youth with regard to the conservation of the green areas, of the flora, fauna, its inhabitants, in short his environment.

 

The ring

 

The International Youth Association forms a protective cushion all around the earth in order to protect its future, Heritage of the youth of all times.

 

Central sphere

 

To illustrate the Earth, on which are identified the races (the blacks, yellows, white) by the hands and wrists in three tones.

 

The triangle 

 

An equilateral triangle to show the concepts of justice, sharing and equity or, by sympathy to those such as France say “fraternity-equality-freedom”.

 

Number XXI

INTERNATIONAL YOUTH YEAR IS 1985
ACTIVITIES NOW IN PLANNING STAGES

The United Nations has designated 1985 as International Youth Year and has established three themes - participation, development, peace - to provide a focus for activities.

The three themes of the Year - participation, development, peace - that have been adopted to provide a focus for IYY activities are sufficiently broad to encompass the interests of young people around the world and to be applied to the activities of organizations active at local, national and international levels. Central to the theme of participation is a concept of social integration in which individuals are recognized as able to decide on matters affecting their lives and have the opportunity to take part in the decision-making process. The concept of development as put forward by the United Nations is a process of social, economic and political change that enables all people to realize their potential for the betterment of social life; it incorporates the growth of the individual with local and national development. Peace is seen as a prerequisite to participation and development; inherent in this concept are respect for national sovereignty and individual human rights.

IYY offers a unique opportunity to involve young people in a significant way in the discussion and resolution of issues that affect their lives. The year gives us an opportunity to continue to encourage the personal development of young people in the direction they choose, and to heighten their awareness of our increasingly interdependent world. It is also an opportunity to foster the improved international understanding and cooperation that young people of all countries seek. IYY also offers a special opportunity to raise public awareness of the situation of young people, and the contribution they make to society. The Ministry of State for Youth is responsible for coordinating Canada's observance of the Year.

An International Youth Year Secretariat has been established to undertake this project. In an effort to develop a program, the Secretariat has been consulting with other levels of government and interested voluntary organizations and individuals. During these consultations, young people have stressed that IYY be a year by and for youth and that it has a lasting impact on the approach of society and its various institutions and organizations to young people.

1985 is the end of women's decade and this is an opportunity to look at issues affecting young women.

For groups who want to explore problems and issues affecting young women IYY could provide the opportunity to do so.

The spectacle on the history of Man will be presented one December 10th to commemorate the day of the human rights.

 

With the collaboration of the children of all nationalities which we have the chance to have here even in Quebec. In short, it will be like

a prayer from the children of the world, addressed to the leaders of the planet, to say” Please Save our lives”. Each one presenting in song and music “lived” of its country while telling the history of the man. The whole ending in the gathering of all the young people training a choral society in unison thus accompanied by a complete and original philharmonic orchestra since in addition to being made up of the usual instruments, this immense orchestra will also comprise, moreover, traditional typical instruments of all the nations.
